CommuniCare clinicians work in partnership with patients and their families to custom fit a therapy program that is specific to their needs. There are opportunities to provide therapy in an individual’s home, work, school environment or in our clinic setting. Although based in Ottawa, CommuniCare services patients in Ottawa, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, Eastern Counties and surrounding areas.

CommuniCare Therapy has been working with Independent Contractor Rehabilitation Therapy Professionals for over 25 years. At CommuniCare, you have the opportunity to work in the patient’s most important environment – their home or school.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated and resourceful Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Dietitians and Social Workers.

CommuniCare is a service provider for the Champlain and South East Local Health Integration Networks and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

Occupational Therapists

We are currently looking for both part time and full time Occupational Therapists

Adult – Home based care in the following locations:

Champlain Region
- Ottawa Retirement Homes – bilingualism is an asset
- Eastern Counties – bilingualism preferred
  - eg., Rockland, Hawkesbury, Cornwall, and Dundas County areas
- North Lanark North Grenville – bilingualism is an asset
  - eg., Kemptville, Carleton Place, Almonte and Lanark areas

South East Region
