Welcome Back – 2022-2023 Contract Year Start Up
We’re kicking off the new contract cycle with our SBRS meeting on Sept 6th 2022 and our In home meetings on Sep 29th 2022 in Champlain and Oct 5th 2022 in South East.
We hope to encourage clinicians to access the portal more frequently. Over the summer we’ve worked on updating the Document Library, we successfully moved over all forms and continue to work on the resources tab.
This year we also want to continue to work on making AlayaCare more efficient for you. If you are interested in participating in 1:1 or small group sessions to evaluate your AlayaCare use and identify opportunities for change you can sign up here : https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NPQ7CZT

COVID19
The COVID19 Pandemic is a very fluid situation. Information updates are numerous and directives are often changing.
The CommuniCare managerment team is in constant daily communication with our LHIN and CHEO partners. We do our best to provide daily updates to clinicians via email. Please ensure you are verifying your email frequently as directives from the Ministry of Health can change very quickly.
It is also important that you read all updates fully and ask questions if you need to. The CommuniCare management and admin teams are here to support you.
We will post updated documents to the clinician portal, but to ensure all clinicians have timely access the documents will also be sent by email.
